Tired of losing MicroStation® elements behind filled elements?SequenceEditor ™ A component of MicroStation Acceleration Garage ™ |

Pull to front — push to backLet's say you have two elements on top of each other on level 8. One is a solid-filled purple rectangle. One is a solid-filled red circle. Which one should display on top? With MicroStation alone there is no way to control this. The elements simply display in the order they are found in the design file. What does SequenceEditor do?SequenceEditor adds a Pull-to-front and a Push-to-back command to MicroStation. Just activate the Move-to-front command and select the element or elements you want to move. SequenceEditor changes the sequence of elements in the design file so that the elements display (and plot) in the sequence you want. By selecting groups of elements — such as text or dimensioning elements — using MicroStation's SelectBy utility, you can move groups of elements forward and backwards with SequenceEditor. By combining SequenceEditor with Global File Changer, you'll be able to control the display and plotting sequence of elements in dozens of design files with a single command. |
![]() The only practical way to control the sequence of elements displayed on a single level is with Axiom's SequenceEditor.
