Streamline the Interface in MicroStation version 8.5

MicroStation's main menu bar normally occupies the entire width of the screen:

Set MS_MAINMENUDOCKINGBESIDE = 1 to allow MicroStation tool boxes to be docked next to MicroStation's main menu:

This frees up some screen real estate.
