is now LearningBay.
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
USA — Axiom announces
the name change of their premier online learning management
system for Bentley customers from LearningCenter
to LearningBay. Axiom's LearningBay allows
users to train on basic to advanced MicroStation and
GEOPAK topics right from their desks.
"We made this change to mark the
evolution of our learning solution from being a single
product to being a entire series of products that encompasses
a tremendous volume of educational content on Bentley
products," says Mike Arroyo, Vice President for
Learning "Basically, we outgrew the name."
LearningBay is a browser-based
learning system used for in-house training on MicroStation
V7 and V8, GEOPAK and Microsoft Office, without even
having the software the student is learning installed
on their machine. Students are able to progress at their
own pace through an interactive learning environment
and can complete quizzes to ensure maximum retention
of material. In addition to movies, audio and interactive
multimedia presentations, students can do hands-on drills
in each lesson to simulate all phases of design.
